How to: Change the background of a form or report.
Solution:
In Design view, use the 'Picture' property box in the property sheet of the form or report to change the background.
NOTE 1: A background picture in a form or report applies to the entire page, and can be thought of as a watermark.
1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Forms' or 'Reports' tab in the Database window.

3) Select the desired form or report from the list box. (The selected form or report is highlighted.)
4) Click 'Design'. (The selection appears in Design view.)
5) Click on the report or form selector. (The form or report selector now contains a small black box.)

6) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Properties'. (The property sheet appears.)
7) In the 'Picture' property box type a .bmp, .ico, .wmf, .dib, or .emf file:
a) Click the 'Format' tab.
b) Click in the 'Picture' property box. (The Build button (...) appears to the right of the Picture property box.)

c) Click 'Build'. (The Insert Picture dialog box appears.)
NOTE: If graphics filters for other applications are installed, any file can be supported by those filters.
d) Select the drive or folder from the 'Look in' drop-down list box.
e) Type the filename in the 'File name' box.
f) Click 'OK'. (The picture appears in the background.)
